You instantly become an admin of your own team but you can be a member of someone else&#8217;s team as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the filters to preview your team and those to which you belong as a team member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"348\" height=\"156\" src=\"https:\/\/taskeo.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/team-filter.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1010\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you open a team, you will see a list of all members that belong to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this view, you can find all info about your team:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Available pro codes you&#8217;ve purchased<\/li><li>Last time your people were online<\/li><li>Their timezone<\/li><li>Whether they&#8217;re another admin of your team<\/li><li>Whether they&#8217;ve been upgraded to pro version<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1836\" height=\"498\" src=\"https:\/\/taskeo.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/teamview.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1011\" srcset=\"https:\/\/taskeo.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/teamview.png 1836w, https:\/\/taskeo.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/teamview-300x81.png 300w, https:\/\/taskeo.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/teamview-768x208.png 768w, https:\/\/taskeo.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/teamview-1024x278.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1836px) 100vw, 1836px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking on a user in your team view will allow you to see their projects and workspaces, as well as remove them from your team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>What does the updated team management feature change?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve faced worries expressed by our users that the PRO codes they&#8217;ve purchased &#8211; especially from limited offers such as LTD &#8211; will be permanently lost if an employee whose account has been upgraded, leaves the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new team management solves this issue as your team members no longer need to redeem codes directly from their accounts. It is still possible for them to upgrade their Taskeo account on their own. However, from now on the team leader can purchase a number of PRO codes on their own and distribute them between their people.
