We know that for businesses, scheduling meetings and calls is essential for growth. However, as we\u2019ve discovered, many of you give up on tools that would make this task easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reason?You don\u2019t have the patience or time for managing multiple apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Introducing the appointment scheduling module makes it possible for you to schedule your meetings and calls without adding another app to the heap.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube aligncenter wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Taskeo&#039;s Appointment Scheduling Module Is Here! \ud83c\udf89\" width=\"770\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zAfxr3j7MMY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3>Ability to embed your appointment forms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Soon after the release of the new module, we introduced a feature that allows you to <strong>embed the appointment scheduling form on your website<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find the embed code in your module\u2019s Appointments tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Calendar view<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve also introduced a new view to your to-do boards (project modules). Now, all your <strong>project filters are saved<\/strong> and don\u2019t reset when you change between modules or tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1898\" height=\"778\" src=\"https:\/\/taskeo.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/filter-saving.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1167\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3>Task view revamp<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve redesigned the task window. It\u2019s now lighter, fresher and matching the rest of the platform\u2019s style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/taskeo.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/new-task-view-1024x640.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1166\" srcset=\"https:\/\/taskeo.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/new-task-view-1024x640.png 1024w, https:\/\/taskeo.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/new-task-view-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/taskeo.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/new-task-view-768x480.png 768w, https:\/\/taskeo.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/new-task-view-1536x960.png 1536w, https:\/\/taskeo.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/new-task-view.png 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3>Calendar Revamp<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve given up on hour\/task tabs and sliders in favour of manual typing the deadlines and start dates for your tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Inbox Task Edit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can now open and edit the tasks within your Inbox. Now they look as if they were already assigned to a project module. This way, you can edit and assign them as you normally would.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Simplifying the platform&#8217;s structure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re working on making Taskeo more intuitive and easy to navigate.
