Your workload should be always evenly distributed between the team members and on the timeline. Working in a hectic environment full of endless tasks that need to be completed ASAP creates chaos. Chaos is counterproductive. Expecting people to act exactly as told, setting unrealistic deadlines, switching priorities frequently and throwing in side tasks to be completed ASAP – these are only some of the common management sins.
