It can be really frustrating to wait for someone to deliver, only to learn that they&#8217;ve never seen their assignment. If users don&#8217;t see their tasks, they can&#8217;t complete them, leaving the whole team hanging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But there&#8217;s an easy fix to that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Taskeo, there are three useful features that you should be using. Thanks to them, you&#8217;ll always be sure that your people receive their assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first one is the <strong>Assignees<\/strong>. Always double check if you assigned the right people to the right task. If they are not assigned, they will not see the task in their personal dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second feature is the <strong>user tagging<\/strong>. You can @tag a member of your team in the description, checkpoint or comment to ensure they receive an additional notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last but not least, you can <strong>set reminders<\/strong> for your team members.
