Tags are some of the most popular ways to categorize things in any kind of app – from project management to personal to-do lists.

It’s time to get more creative and add a little more to your regular task labelling pattern.
Here are three ideas for using tags in Taskeo:
- Location – filter your tasks according to where you want to complete them: at your laptop, in the bank queue, in a conference room and so on
- Horizons – if you’re actively implementing David Allen’s GTD method, then you can use Taskeo tags to define which to which horizon a given task belongs to
- Clients – you can also create a separate tag for your most important clients to simplify managing your customer relationship
