How many times did you hear from your team members “I didn’t get that task?”. It can be really frustrating to wait for someone to deliver, only to learn that they’ve never seen their assignment. If users don’t see their tasks, they can’t complete them, leaving the whole team hanging.
But there’s an easy fix to that.
In Taskeo, there are three useful features that you should be using. Thanks to them, you’ll always be sure that your people receive their assignments.
The first one is the Assignees. Always double check if you assigned the right people to the right task. If they are not assigned, they will not see the task in their personal dashboard.
The second feature is the user tagging. You can @tag a member of your team in the description, checkpoint or comment to ensure they receive an additional notification.
Last but not least, you can set reminders for your team members. Reminders are an outside system notification that will inform your team that they’ve got a pending task.
With all these three features in use, you minimize the possibility of people not seeing their assignment.
